Senior Systems Engineer

 

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Computer, IT or related discipline

• Experience in System Integrator, IT sub-contractor industry

• At least 2 years experience in Wintel Server Hardware, Windows Server OS system Administration and system support

• Good knowledge in LAN/WAN technology and networking environment

• Holder of MCSE/MCITP

• Holder of CCNA, Vmware VCP is an advantage

• Experience in SAN Storage, Active Directory, Exchange Server environment and Virtualization platform will be an advantage

• Good attitude and polite

 

Job Duties

• Server and network project deployment

• System Documentation, UAT

• Hardware and software maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting and installation

• Network troubleshooting and configuration

 

System Engineer / Service Engineer

 

Job Requirements

• F.5 or above in Computer, IT or related discipline

• At least 1 year experience in Wintel Server Hardware, Windows Server OS system Administration and system support

• Good knowledge in LAN/WAN technology and networking environment

• Holder of MCSE/MCITP, CCNA is an advantage

• Experience in Exchange Server environment will be an advantage

• Good attitude and polite

 

 

Job Duties

• Hardware and software maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting and installation

• Network troubleshooting and configuration

• On-site support to customer

• Handle helpdesk call

• Work in client office / Data Center / Server Room
